Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. Our policy do not cover change of mind. However we aim to make all of our customers happy with their purchase so do not hesitate to contact us at if there are any issues.

* To complete your return, we require an electronic receipt or proof of purchase.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

* Sale items are refunded with the amount paid. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
